BOOKING PROCEDURE
No nonsense booking procedure making it easy for you to enjoy your holiday
We have two duties. One is to the landlord and the other to the holiday maker. For the landlord we must ensure that their villa is looked after and respected; and for the holiday maker we must ensure that the villa is presentable and fully functional.
With this in mind we take a 20% deposit on booking and only reserve the villa on receipt of this deposit. We suggest that the balance be paid a minimum of 6 weeks before your travel. Deposits are refunded in full provided we are able to rent the villa to another party for the same period and at the same price.
